Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Typically, it is 3 days for domestic delivery from time of shipment. Contact us to discuss shipping on larger quantity orders.
If a cancellation is required, it must be made within 24 hours of original purchase.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, NOMO Milling cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders

*Note, these skillets are cast so small imperfections may be visible.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges may be accepted on orders with no customization. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Items for return or exchange must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
International orders and shipping:
Customs and import taxes – Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. NOMO Milling, LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs.
